Nothing to collect.
Kongstronomen has no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no ads. Everything you do in the app stays on your phone.
The short version: Kongstronomen collects no data about you, and nothing leaves your device.
What we gatherData collection
Kongstronomen does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app has no user accounts, no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, no advertising, and no third-party services.
Live BPM · on-deviceMicrophone
The live BPM detection feature uses the microphone, only after you grant permission. Audio is analyzed on your device in real time to estimate the tempo of the music being played. It is never recorded, stored, or transmitted anywhere. You can revoke microphone access at any time in iOS Settings, and every other feature keeps working without it.
Stored locallyYour content
Settings (tempo, sounds, preferences) and your setlists are stored locally on your device only. They are included in your normal device backups, under your control, and are never sent to us or anyone else.
Timing messages onlyMIDI
MIDI clock connections (USB, network, or Bluetooth) carry only standard MIDI timing messages between your device and the hardware you connect. No information is sent to any server.
Declared to ApplePrivacy manifest
The app's privacy manifest declares its use of two standard iOS APIs — user preferences (UserDefaults) for storing your settings, and system boot time for high-precision audio timing. Both are used solely for the app's core function on your device.
If this ever changesChanges
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
